Evil Uno vs. Tony Deppen
Pretty by the numbers match. Uno did his heel stuff even as a babyface, Deppen worked hard to be an asshole and looked good. Uno was off here and their chemistry was hurt by it. Uno got the win in a nothing match. **1/2
Dragon Lee vs. Aramis
This was a lot of fun. Both men brought the fight and dished out some really stiff looking strikes as well as the high flying lucha style you would expect from them. Probably the best Aramis match I have seen and he got a lot in and a few good near-falls. Dragon Lee is able to counter him and lay him out with multiple knees to win in the end. ***1/2
#1 Contendership Match for the PWG World Championship : Alex Shelley vs. Jonathan Gresham
A great mat wrestling match between these two. Gresham works a little more heelish against the veteran. Lots of holds and back and forth wrestling from both men. Shelley is able to get Gresham in the middle of the ring and taps him for the huge surprise upset. Finish was a little out of nowhere but great stuff from these two. ***3/4
Lee Moriarty, Myron Reed and Trey Miguel vs. Alex Zayne, Dante Martin and Jack Cartwheel
This was a classic PWG 6 man tag. Got some fun moments mixed in but always a ton of insane action. All 6 of these guys worked their asses off to make an impact during the match and did a great job of it. Zayne, Dante and Cartwheel picked up the win. ****
JD Drake vs. AJ Gray
Two big men having a Hoss match. All big strikes and big moves. Some surprising high risk moves from both guys. This was fun and the crowd was into it. I do think both guys got a little blown up during the match but they still did well. ***
PWG World Tag Team Championship Match: Black Taurus and Demonic Flamita vs. The Kings of the Black Throne
I don't know what happened in this match. No seemed to be on the same page. Maybe the language barrier was Factor but this match had no flow or story to it. Just moves. Flamita got busted open somehow and Taurus was barely in the match. They made the best of a bad situation but still. VERY disappointed by this. Kings of the Black Throne win the vacant belts. **1/2
PWG World Championship Match: Bandido (c) vs. Davey Richards
This was a good title defense for Bandido. Richards is the veteran and able to control a lot of the match and looks to work over Bandido's leg to slow down the faster wrestler. Nice hope spots by Bandido as he fires up and takes the fight to Richards. Richards goes for the Ankle Lock but Bandido rolls him up for the win. Not crazy about the champ getting a fluke win but still a good match. ***3/4
An all around good show from PWG. Little bit lower in quality from Mystery Vortex but still enjoyable. The tag title match and the opener were the weakest matches on the card but everything was in the area of good to very good. Probability not worth a purchase though.
